A) Voting districts.

Consider 1309 voters which are to be divided into 11 voting districts of 119 each.
1) If the voting districts are constructed against a party, what is the fewest number of voters they need in order to have
i) at least one representative
ii) a majority (6) of the representatives
iii) all of the representatives
2) If the voting districts are constructed in favor of a party, what is the fewest number of voters they need in order to have
i) at least one representative
ii) a majority (6) of the representatives
iii) all of the representatives
3) i) If a party has 407 voters, what is the fewest number of representatives it could have? The greatest number of representatives it could have?
ii) If a party has 807 voters, what is the fewest number of representatives it could have? The greatest number of representatives it could have?

B) At-large voting

1) If there are 1309 voters and 11 candidates will be elected,
i) How many voters do they need to elect 1 representative if each voter has one vote?
ii) How many voters do they need to elect 1 representative if each voter has 5 votes?
iii) How many voters do they need to elect 1 representative if each voter has 7 votes?
iiii) How many voters do they need to elect 1 representative if each voter has 11 votes?
2) If there are 1309 voters and 11 candidates will be elected,
i) How many voters do they need to elect 6 representatives if each voter has one vote?
ii) How many voters do they need to elect 6 representatives if each voter has 5 votes?
